The SOLLERS Group has begun mass production of new Sollers SP7 minivans with full-cycle technology at their plant in Yelabuga. Adil Shirinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOLLERS PJSC, reported the news to Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin during the Russia INNOPROM main industrial exhibition.
The Sollers SP7 is an innovative modern car, created as a universal solution for family and business. The minivan is distinguished by its well-thought-out ergonomics, high level of comfort and advanced safety systems.
The car is fitted with a 237 hp petrol engine that meets the Euro 6 environmental standard, and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
“The SOLLERS Group is introducing the first locally produced minivan with a petrol engine to the Russian market. The Sollers SP7 production project involves not just a full cycle comprising welding, painting and assembly, but a step-by-step deepening of product localization, including a local power unit and safety components, stamped body parts and electronics, interior and exterior elements. We aim to customize the minivan as much as possible to meet the needs of our clients and, in addition to standard versions, to produce a wide range of cars with various interior configurations,” said Adil Shirinov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOLLERS PJSC.
Currently, two versions of the Sollers SP7 are available for customers to choose from: a seven-seater full-size minivan and a four-seater business coupe.
The basic package includes six airbags, an advanced multimedia system, a digital instrument panel, separate climate control, a keyless entry system, wireless charging for smartphones, LED optics, electric sliding doors and a luggage compartment lid. The driver and front passenger seats, as well as the separated second-row seats, are provided with a wide range of electric controls, heating, ventilation and a massage function. The three-place backseat with an anatomical profile transforms into a sleeping space.
The four-seater business coupe has a more spacious interior with additional noise and vibration insulation, high-quality materials, dynamic lighting, a separate multimedia system with a full-size screen on the partition, and the ability to control interior functions from a personal tablet.
The Sollers SP7 is provided with a full set of electronic driver assistants: 360° all-round cameras, adaptive cruise control, a forward collision warning system, and driver fatigue monitoring.
The market launch of the new Sollers SP7 minivan is scheduled for autumn 2025.
