Born on February 19, 1971.

In 1994 he graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University. In 2001 he got diploma of Graduate School of International Business of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of  Russian Federation.

Evgeny Skrypnikov started his carrier in 1993 as science teacher of secondary school in Moscow. In 1995 he joined Rosinter Company where he occupied different vacancies from a manager up to Head of HR Regional Department by 2001. While working at Rosinter Evgeny has been studying human resource management systems at Kodak Corporate University during two years. From 2001 till 2006 he was HR Director at OOO Terraleks. 

In 2006 he joined SOLLERS as Head of HR Department at SOLLERS-ELABUGA production site, and in 2008 Evgeny was already responsible for all personnel management of SOLLERS Group within territory of Republic of Tatarstan.  In 2009 Evgeny Skrypnikov was appointed as HR Director of OAO SOLLERS.
Married; he has got three children.
