Born in 1978.

Since 2003 Zoya Kaika has been Director for Relations with the Public and State Authorities of Severstal-auto OJSC.

Before her employment in the company Zoya had been working as deputy editor of the economic section of one of the popular Russian economic periodicals, the Vedomosti newspaper. Later in 2002 she was invited to work in Severstal-Group as an analyst.

Z. Kaika graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
